Cancel your free registration

Overview

Cancel a free registration when you no longer plan to attend. Cancelling releases your spot and removes the event from your upcoming events.

Steps

Cancel the registration

• Open the event you registered for.
• Select Cancel registration.
• Review the confirmation message, then select Cancel registration again to confirm, or select Keep registration to leave it unchanged. After cancellation
• Outdorr shows Registration cancelled. Your spot is released and the event is removed from your upcoming events.

Caution

This article applies to free registrations. Paid-ticket cancellation or refund rules are not defined in the current attendee app flow.
