Fix verification problems

If face verification fails, you can usually fix it by improving the photo conditions. Try this

• Move to brighter, even lighting.
• Clean the camera lens and hold the phone steady.
• Make sure your face is not covered by sunglasses, a mask, a hat shadow, or your hand.
• Use a clear profile photo that looks like you today.
• Grant camera permission in your phone settings if the app asks for it.
• Try again later if the service is unavailable. Some submissions may go to Review Pending. In that case, wait for the team to update your verification status.
