Troubleshoot registering for an event

Overview

Use these checks if you cannot complete a free registration or start a paid-ticket order.

Steps

Check the event status

• If the event is full, registration is no longer available.
• If tickets are not on sale yet, wait for sales to open. Where Outdorr shows Notify Me, select it to receive a reminder when sales begin. Check your ticket selection
• For paid events, choose an available ticket type and quantity before continuing to Checkout.
• For free events, select Register and complete the registration with the account you use in Outdorr. Check whether you are already registered
• Open My Events or Event Passes. If the event is already attached to your account, use the existing pass instead of registering again. If checkout is the problem
• Review the card details and follow the checkout steps in the paid-ticket article. Do not share card details in messages.

Caution

After a successful registration, Outdorr confirms it in the app and sends the event details to your email.
